The Loop kitchen roll holder by blomus makes it easy to tear off a paper towel when you need it. The stainless steel base is weighted and features a ridged rubber on the underside to ensure that it grips the table. The roll is held in place thanks to a spring and the paper end is also held in place by a stainless steel arm with a plastic cover to prevent the paper from ripping. 4 lb rubber bottom base.
