The retirement countdown clock is in 0000 state, press UP/S to start the timer, press UP/S to pause the timer, press SET for about 3 seconds, the seconds will flash, press UP/S to increase the time value, press SET to flash the minutes. The count down clock can be reset for many times as you please.
