This double-layer neck warmer gaiter is made of windproof knitted fabric on the outside, and the fleece lining on the inside is soft and fluffy, which will keep you warm in cold weather. It goes over the head like a turtle neck, will cover your entire neck, but doesn't have long tail and without feeling bulky compare with traditional scarves. It can be worn as headband or scarf wrap. Use it around head as ears warmer, or wear it around neck and cover nose mouth as half face mask. Complies with Prop 65. 9 7/8" L x 8 1/4" W
